Our office does not have the COVID-19 Vaccine. We are not keeping a patient list for the COVID-19 vaccine. More information to come, as we receive it from the Department of Public Health.

Patients are encouraged to schedule a telehealth visit with our office, if you have additional questions. Patient self-scheduling, for telehealth visits, is available in the VMA app. In addition, appointment requests can also be made on our patient portal.
