About Valley Medical Associates
Welcome to Valley Medical Associates, a broad-based adult and pediatric medical services facility. Thank you for selecting one of our doctors, nurse practitioners or physician assistants to be your family's primary health care provider. We appreciate having been chosen by you and look forward to working with you for all your health care needs. Please note that our office requires at least 24 hours notice (one full business day) for appointment cancellations. We require adherence to this policy for the benefit of our patients, providers and staff. Patients may be subject to dismissal from our practice for late cancellations or “no shows”.
Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal is now available! All current patients (who have shared an email with us) will receive an email invite to register with the new portal. If you are a current patient, and have not received an email invite, and would like to create a Patient Portal account - click on the Patient Portal link and request an invite.
Our Patient Portal is a secure, HIPAA compliant, way for patients to communicate with Valley Medical Associates providers and staff. It also allows patients the opportunity to view lab results online, send and receive messages, order prescription refills, access forms, update demographic information, in addition to other functions.

* If you are an existing patient and do not already have a Patient Portal account, click on the link for the Patient Portal and you will have the option of creating an account.
* Please note that if you previously had a Web Portal account, you will need to generate a new account to access this Patient Portal.
* If you are a new patient who has registered with our practice, you may be able to generate a Patient Portal account to access forms and demographic information.

Services
Valley Medical Associates provides the following services:
- Routine care such as physical examinations, well child care, and new patient evaluations
- Follow-up visits for non-urgent problems such as hypertension or asthma, and diabetes
- Urgent visits for acute illnesses
Our policy is designed to accommodate each patient with the appropriate amount of time to provide the necessary evaluation and management of their condition.

- Monday - Friday
8:30 am ~ 5:00 pm - Occasionally there are earlier or later appointments available.
Saturday Appointments:
We do schedule Saturday appointments for urgent medical problems only.
Please call between 8:30 am and 10:00 am (Saturday Morning) if you feel that you have a problem that requires attention over the weekend.
